Louis Vuitton only offers delivery in the country where the order has been placed online or by phone.

Standard: delivery in 4 to 6 working days after the order is placed (between 8am & 6pm) – Complimentary
Express: delivery in 2 to 3 working days after the order is placed (between 8am & 6pm) – 20£

Please note that Mon Monogram orders are delivered within about 8 weeks and made to order items are delivered within about 5 weeks.
Please note that Express service is not available for Watches and Jewellery products.

Louis Vuitton will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed about the different stages of your order. You will also receive SMS from our carrier confirming your shipment and your date of delivery (except for Watches & Jewellery). In addition, your personalised account on My LV will allow you to follow your order status.

“Complimentary Standard” :
In order to receive your Louis Vuitton items on time for Valentine's Day, place your order before 6th February 2014, 11:59 pm. In the case of a bank transfer payment, the funds are to be received on Louis Vuitton Bank account by the 5th of February, at the latest.

“Express“ or “Express before 9am”:
If you choose Express delivery methods, please place your order before 11th of February, 11:59 am to receive it on time for Valentine's Day. For a payment via bank transfer, the last day for us to receive funds on our bank account is 7th February.

Exceptions:
• For Watches & Jewellery pieces, you have to place your order before 9th February by 11:59 pm, to receive your products before Valentine's Day (funds received on Louis Vuitton account at the same date for orders paid by Bank transfer).
• Please note that the Express delivery options do not apply to Watches & Jewellery products.

Other things to know about Valentine's Day:
• All our items are sent gift-wrapped in our elegant packaging.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- Louis Vuitton products purchased online or by phone can be exchanged within 30 days (except for hot-stamped, "Mon Monogram" and made to order items which are neither returnable nor exchangeable).
- Exchanges by mail: return the product to be exchanged to Louis Vuitton Client Service, 6 Royal Exchange Buildings London EC3V 3NL. The product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. A copy of the invoice and the completed Return Voucher must be enclosed. The return shipping costs will remain at your expense but the delivery charge for the new product will be covered entirely by Louis Vuitton.
- Exchanges in-store: products can be exchanged into any Louis Vuitton store in the UK with the exception of Harrods. The exchanged product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Please make sure to bring a copy of the invoice with you.
- For assistance with our exchange process, please contact Client Service on 020 799 86286.

-Louis Vuitton products purchased online or by phone can be returned for a full refund within 7 days (except for hot-stamped and "Mon Monogram" products which are neither returnable nor exchangeable).
- Please return the product, via mail only, to the address stated on the Return Voucher. The returned product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and the completed Return Voucher.
- You will be reimbursed for the cost of the product via your original payment method. Please note, return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
- Return in Louis Vuitton stores is not possible.
