LOUIS VUITTON Official Website - Discover our latest collection of Louis Vuitton books & stationery exclusively available at Louis Vuitton stores.
Global capitals and cultural cities such as Kyoto-Nara, Rome, London, Miami, Mumbai, New York, Berlin, Paris, or Los Angeles are featured. The guides are a resource; they help unlock the secrets of the world’s most exciting cities in Europe, in America, and in Asia. The guides list both the must-see sites and less-traveled paths in order to create access to a city’s hidden gems and local favorites: the best chefs, starred restaurants, small bistros, luxury hotels, wine bars, clubs, galleries, museums, design stores, clothing boutiques and accessories shopping. The guides are available in French, English, Italian, and German. There’s a European city compilation that includes major capitals and less-visited but international cultural cities like Oxford, Beirut, Carchevel and Gstaad. There’s a collector’s box of a series of 100 postcards, drawn since 1998, by Cuban-American artist and illustrator Ruben Toledo.

His success is thanks to his production of flat trunks (which started in the middle of the 19th century) and steamer bags (which started at the turn of the 20th century) that provided comfort and style for people going to new places for faraway travels. Using more than 800 photographs, there are close-up details showing artisan processes and production skills. It’s 496 pages, available in hardcover and paperback.
